The value of freedom is greater than the value of convenience... true freedom, as in the freedom to wake up when you want and be able to freely choose how you spend your time every day, not just on the weekends or your days off. Once experienced, the value of true freedom is far greater than the value of convenience. Consider for a moment the fact that if you had the freedom to plan your day however your wanted, your life would probable look much differently. What would be convenient for you would also change. Driving 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store would seem very inconvenient if you were also working 40+ hours a week, but if you didn't have to work, 20 minutes away might seem like a good excuse to get out and go do something. Living in an expensive area just because we want to be close to things and near stuff we like to do, means that you will be working more and giving up more of your freedom to afford that lifestyle. Changing your mindset to accept being uncomfortable...

Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand

Joel Robuchon's was recommended to me by a business contact and when a 300+ pound man who has traveled the world tells you about the best meal he has ever had, you listen. Be warned that this meal will not be cheap, like $200 or more per person, but it is worth it and will impress any date you have. This is high end dining, so dress appropriately and bring your wallet. The waitstaff is amazing and will tend to your every need. Make sure to make reservations and show up about 5 minutes early if you want the best experience. The meal options include multiple combinations of appetizers, main dishes and desserts at various prices. Once you decide which combination you want, you then pick from the menu options, which include vegetarian options for those so inclined.

We arrived early and the waiter brought us out 2 different items made specially by the chef for us to try before the meal even started. They will bring out a bread cart with over 20 tasty options while you figure out what to order. I'm not a big fan of bread, but the options were some of the most amazing I have ever had and made it hard to save room for everything else. You can try as many as you want, just save room, because it only gets better. Each course is brought out with perfect timing and if your party chooses different combinations they will let time them however you want. After all the courses are brought out they will bring the glorious dessert cart out with just as many options as the bread cart.

But, I did warn you... The most expensive meal I've ever had $695 for 2 people. Thank you Monica for sharing that with me. 💙💞🤘

Pictures to follow soon, once I find them... Hey, it was 5 years ago 🤷‍♀️
